Dear Lord Baby Jesus,
this guy can sell.

Some people work in finance. Jarrod is finance.

A finance manager since 2018 and a sales-floor savage before that, Jarrod runs the F&I office the way Ron Burgundy ran the KVWN-9 news team — with discipline, gravitas, and an unshakeable belief that he is, in fact, kind of a big deal.

He does not sell warranties. He educates. He does not push protection packages. He shares opportunities. He does not chase signatures — they come to him.

When the deal is done? Stay classy, customer.

The man has skills.

Finance Manager

Kelowna Chrysler

Eight years in the box. Eight years of credit applications, signatures, lender phone calls, declines turned into approvals, and customers walking out beaming with coverage they're actually grateful they have.

  • Sells financing, estate & payment protection, extended service contracts, and environmental protection packages
  • Funds deals fast, accurately, and completely — because nothing kills a dealership month like a missing signature on page 14
  • Maintains lender relationships the way other men maintain moustaches: daily, deliberately, with deep self-belief
  • Returns clean, well-organized First Canadian production logs on request — and they are, in fact, very nice
  • Trains, mentors, and sets the tone for the entire F&I office

It is hard work, you know!

Sales Consultant

Kelowna Chrysler

Made the jump from showroom to F&I office in under a year. Promotion was inevitable. The dealership tried to hold him back. The dealership failed.

  • Closed deals at maximum gross while keeping customers genuinely happy — a rare combo, the unicorn of retail auto
  • Worked the phone like a morning anchor — outbound prospecting, follow-ups, appointments held, no shows minimized
  • Followed dealership process to the letter, and made it look effortless

A Q&A.
On the record.

Q. Tell us about yourself.
I am Jarrod. I sell the finance. Very nice. How much you need?
Q. What is your greatest strength?
Closing the deal. Also, I love this lamp. Both are strengths, in my opinion.
Q. What is your greatest weakness?
Honesty. People hate when I tell them the warranty is, in fact, a good deal. It is cruel. I cannot stop.
Q. Why are you considering leaving your current position?
I am not leaving. I am openly entertaining better offers — like a man of taste. There is a difference. Look it up. GOSH.
Q. Describe your management style.
Constant approvals. Occasional loud noises. Always be closing. Always be funded. The lamp stays on at all hours.
Q. Tell us about a time you failed.
I do not recall a specific instance. Let me get back to you. Probably 2009. Possibly never.
Q. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Same desk. Taller chair. Better lamp. Same lender list, but updated. Possibly a moustache.
Q. What are your hobbies?
Funding clean deals. Maintaining lender relationships. Discussing the finance with my wife — who is, incidentally, also a customer testimonial.
Q. Salary expectations?
I am, in fact, kind of a big deal. Please adjust your spreadsheets accordingly.
Q. Do you have any questions for us?
One. Does the office have a lamp? If yes — may I love it?

Testimonials.
Some of them real.

I am number one Finance Manager in all of Kelowna. My wife — she say so. Very nice.
